Farm Inspiration Trust
FAI supports education and experience initiatives for school children, as well as for people with learning disabilities.

The Farm Inspiration Trust (FIT) believes that farms and farming have a lot more to offer local communities than simply the production of our food.
Farms offer a space where people can learn and develop in an outdoor, open environment.
We see the huge benefits farming life can have on the health and well-being of those taking part, particularly people who face challenges in their lives. We are passionate about increasing access to these opportunities through our farm-based programmes.
FIT is based on the FAI (Food Animal Initiative) Farms in Wytham. FAI Farms is part of the Benchmark Holdings plc group of companies. It is a beautiful, 1,900-acre organic livestock farm located five miles from the centre of Oxford.
Currently, FIT runs two programmes on FAI Farms; FarmAbility is a day service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, and Outdoor Classroom provides educational visits to the farm for school children.
